Want to work on a specific part of your game? You can book a lesson with one of our professional coaches who are also registered with the MSI!

Our coaches will discuss with you what you want to focus on and then deliver a session catered especially to meet your needs and get you on the road to turning a weakness into strength! You will also receive feedback after every session giving you areas to build on before your next session.

First touch and control

Develop your first touch and control with a technical development session – guaranteed to improve your control of the ball in all game related scenarios. These sessions will maximise the contact you have with the ball as well as develop your ability to control the ball with all different surfaces of the body!

Passing

Develop the vision and variety of techniques to improve your range of passing; we will put you through a number of exercises that will increase your passing efficiency and boost your pass completion rate.

In front of goal

Learn to create goal-scoring opportunities with and without the ball. We will be able to develop your ability to create space for yourself in and around the box as well as improve ball striking combined with your finishing ability.

1v1

There is a growing recognition all across the world of the importance for players to be comfortable in 1v1 situations, this includes both in attack and defence. Players are encouraged to be creative in possession of the ball and attack unsupported defenders, whilst defenders are developing the ability to recognise triggers and understand when is a good time to try winning the ball or when delaying an attacker is the best approach.
We will create an environment that will develop both attacking and defending skills. The impact of placing players in a 1v1 situation is crucial to a player’s development, not only wills technical skills improve, but also the ability to enhance decision-making and to recognise triggers in a game situation.

Football related fitness

Our expert coaches will help you reach your fitness goals through specifically designed sessions catered to you. This could be improving your stamina and ability to get around the pitch for the duration of the match or developing the short and sharp side of your game – involving quickness across the ground, changing direction, developing speed and agility in your movement. It may also be your jumping ability to be efficient in the air – whatever it is; our professional coaches will help you get there.
